2. A qualified staff who is passionate about education.
3. Differentiated/Individualized instruction.
4. Partnership between school and families.
Two of my second grade students (who are performing on a 4th grade level) told me they like to study and do homework because their teachers make learning fun! Our kindergarten students ask if they can read or have a study group before their classes start. Imagine that - kids asking to study!
