After several years of collaborative research, Millennium Academy was developed and established by Dr. Sherwood & Adriane Young of Wake Forest, NC. C. Gill, M.Ed - lead consultant.

Our Wake Forest school opened on August 1, 2009 to PreKindergarten and Kindergarten students.
First, second & third grades will be offered during the 2010-2011 school year and 4th & 5th grade will be offered in 2011-2012. Next month we are moving into our brand new location at 231 Capcom Avenue. This new location is just next door to our current temporary location. We anticipate completion of our new location - May 2010.

Our school offers our students state of the art educational resources, differeniated instruction, fine arts and community outreach. We have partnered with community leaders, business professionals and other educational instuitions to allow our students to learn about the world around them as well as serve the community in which they reside.

As educators, we have taken on this mission by designing a high quality lower elementary education program. Through our innovative, interactive classrooms and differeniated instruction, our students will be immersed in a learning environment where every child’s imagination and desire to learn takes off on a journey of learning!
