- APPLICATION
The first consideration deadline for entrance to a particular school year is December 15 of the preceding school year for pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten. January 15 for grades 1st, 2nd & 3rd grade. To begin the admission process, the School requires a completed application and the application fee which is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward tuition.
-For applications to pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten, the fee is $70 which includes testing.
-The fee for applications to grades 1, 2 & 3 is $70 which includes testing.
-All parents are asked to fill out the Parent Questionnaire on the application.
How to Apply
A classroom visit is required for all applicants. The Admissions Office will contact families with applicants for pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten to visit on designated days. In addition, the Admissions Office will schedule applicants to pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and grades 1, 2 & 3 for individual screening appointments. During your child's visit, some assessments or an interview will occur allowing the School to determine the educational fit for your child.
II. Student Visit
- PARENT VISIT
The parent visit provides the opportunity for families to meet with the Admissions Staff, tour the campus, and learn about our programs. Please contact the Admissions Office to schedule a visit.
- SCREENING / TESTING
Applicants for pre-Kindergarten to grade 3 will be screened with a combination of assessment tools appropriate to the grade.
- RECOMMENDATIONS AND SCHOOL RECORDS
Applicants for pre-kindergarten to grade 3 must submit current scholastic records to include grade or progress reports, observations, recommendations and report cards. All required forms must be sent directly to the Admissions Office from the student's current teacher or school. - ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE REVIEW
All completed applications (all required steps satisfied) are reviewed by the Admissions Committee to determine whether the student and the School are an appropriate match for one another. Notification of the decision is mailed to the parents. In cases where no openings are available but the student meets the admissions criteria, the option of placement in a waitpool is offered. Preference is given to siblings.
