A classroom visit is required for all applicants. The Admissions Office will contact families with applicants for pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten to visit on designated days. In addition, the Admissions Office will schedule applicants to pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and grades 1 - 5 for individual screening appointments. During your child's visit, reading and math assessments and an interview will occur allowing the School to determine the educational fit for your child.

Applicants for pre-Kindergarten to grade 5 will be screened with a combination of assessment tools appropriate to the grade.

All required forms must be sent directly to the Admissions Office from the student's current teacher or school. VI. ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE REVIEW
All completed applications (all required steps satisfied) are reviewed by the Admissions Committee to determine whether the student and the School are an appropriate match for one another. Notification of the decision is mailed to the parents. In cases where no openings are available but the student meets the admissions criteria, the option of placement in a waitpool is offered. Preference is given to siblings.
